The PM-2.5 maintenance areas for the DVRPC region represent areas that meet federal air quality standards for particulate matter pollution. The DVRPC region covers the following three maintenance areas: the Philadelphia-Wilmington, PA-NJ-DE area; the New York-Northern New Jersey-Long Island, NY-NJ-CT area; and the Delaware County, PA area.
